We do reserve the right to deny you access to the site if you don’t act in accordance with our terms.
- You can download and print content from our site but only for your private, personal and non-business use. However we can’t and don’t guarantee or warrant that any items available for download are free from viruses or infection or contaminated coding.
- When you use our sign-up forms you are agreeing only to provide truthful information to us and to make genuine bookings for yourself or for anyone else who has authoriserd you to act for them.
- You agree not to send by email or by post or by any other means any information that is illegal or unlawful, defamatory, abusive or threatening, obscene or invades others privacy.
- Without our prior written consent, you agree not to use any of our site content for commercial purposes whatsoever, either through your own actions or through the actions of a third party. General Disclaimer
Exercise and health issues vary between individuals. Viewers of these programs should remain responsible for their own health and fitness at all times. The programs contained within this site have been designed by fitness professionals and are suitable for all in reasonable health to take part in, subject to the guidance contained within the website as to the appropriate level of activity for users. If you are in any doubt as to your ability to take part in our programs then you are recommended to speak with your own doctor about your individual needs before starting any exercise program. In particular, but not exclusively, if you are currently taking any prescribed medication or suffer from any of the following then you should consult your doctor before starting any exercise program:
- A heart condition
- Chest pain
- Dizziness, loss of balance or consciousness
- A bone or joint problem that could be made worse through exercise
- High or low blood pressure
- Asthma, bronchitis or shortness of breath
- Diabetes or epilepsy
- Severe allergies
This website is not intended as a substitute for the medical advice and supervision of your doctor. Any application of the recommendations set forth in the following pages is at the viewer's discretion and sole risk. If you are over 35 or have been inactive for a few years, see your doctor before beginning any exercise program. This is especially important if your family has a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, obesity, cigarette smoking, or other health conditions. If you have any doubts whatsoever, consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.

Membership Agreement
Minimum membership term
- The Minimum Membership Term is one full calendar month. Members are not able to cancel until the end of their minimum membership period.
- Cancellation before the end of the minimum membership period is not possible except with our written consent. Early cancellation may involve the payment of an early cancellation fee. Our written consent may only be given where it becomes impossible, for example, through illness for you to attend our sessions.
- Under the monthly payment scheme, you are entitled to cancel your standing order mandate at any time by contacting your bank. However you must ensure that you do so either at the end of your minimum membership term or, if within that term, by making alternative arrangements for payment on or before your monthly payment date each time it falls due.
- Your membership agreement is binding on both you and us upon sign up.
- Membership payments are collected by standing order, usually on the monthly anniversary date of the date you enrol.
- We will make a membership refund where we have made an error, however memberships are not refunded in other circumstances.
- If you are physically unable to exercise through injury or illness we may be able to add additional membership time until you are able to exercise again. We may require medical confirmation of the problem and you must contact us as soon as there is a problem because we are unable to backdate such arrangements.
- We collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and all other applicable data protection legislation, as amended from time to time.
- When you contact us or use our site we collect and store the personal information you provide and may use that information as part of our normal trading operations. Our server will also automatically collect some of your computers details including your internet address.
- We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party unless we are required to do so by law. We assume that you will be happy to receive internal mailings including newsletters, session updates etc from us. If you would like to be excluded from this, please let us know at info@mattwoodsfitness.co.uk.
- Finally, although, we will handle your personal information with care in accordance with our internal procedures, we cannot guarantee the security of information whilst it is being forwarded to us on the internet.
